Daring To Dream

So, we’ve heard exactly how crappy my cellphone can be. I think we’re just about prepared to face the totally amazingawesomegatacularity that is my new mic. If you guys want one, too, it’s called the Alesis USB Podcasting Kit. And, mmh, it’s sososo good.

Extra tidbits:

1) It comes with headphones and a stand
2) There’s a volume adjuster on the mic
3) The headphones’s connecter-tip-thing is unscrewable to fit your computer
4) It’s over 80USD, more or less. But I got it for free. (THANKYOUTHANKYOUTHANKYOUYI. <3)

But, fine. What you wanna know is how it sounds, right? (Why am I writing as if someone is reading this?) Sit tight and keep those cellphone auditions close in memory. Cuz here it is.

Thought it’d be a very special thing to make the first-ever recording a “thank you” to Yi. (Hey, guys! Visit Yi’s website! …At least I think it’s Yi’s….) I am so thankful, I just might name my new mic “Yi”. Might XD. I dun want my gratitude to learn into an obsessive stalker-like thing. (Yi’s website? What website?)

I was so happy I took a certain amount of time posing with my mic. Voila~!

…I had the pictures up, but decided they were both too crappy to be released to the public. Taken via crappy cellular device. Yup. One and the same that I did my old voice auds on.

(Hey! Maybe if I show off cellphone pics, someone’ll buy me a digital camera! XDXD)

…Yeah. I was home alone with nothing else to do.

2) Auditions for Death Note Live Action Movie fandub
3) Demos for Voice123 profile (and Voices.com, too!)

And everything else can wait, but these are my primary to-dos right now. (The Death Note one is there not cuz I’m a fan of DN, but cuz the guy producing the fandub personally asked me to. It’s just courtesy to accept, y’know?)

So, yeah. Daring To Dream shall be dominated by my -Voice Actor- posts. Y’know. Cuz it totally hasn’t already.
