Daring To Dream

Art class is definitely opening me up to different art ‘tools’ or however the hell an artist would refer to them. Right now, we’re doing charkole. Or black pastel. Or something. Whatever it is, I SUCK AT IT!

I think I just about drew the suckiest thing EVER on Tuesday night.

Every time my teacher passed by, he was just like “. . .”. And, okay, sure, he does that a lot to everyone, but it still unnerves the hell outta me!

It doesn’t help that I ducked out of doing the Cubism project, too. Ugh…. SOOO slacking in Art right now. (On the plus side, I have an ‘A’ in Archery, a ‘B’ in Intermediate Algebra, and raised my ‘F’ in College Composition to a ‘C’.)

We were also handed our Final project, which shall be a Surrealism piece. I have a few bullshit ideas, but I really doubt I have the skill to pull any of these off. Nyooo….

Ideas:

1) woman in a bathtub on the sidewalk
2) people eating the sky for food
3) person without arms exploring a world entirely made up of hands

…-is embarrassed now-.

ANYWAY, those are just ideas. Hopefully, something better will slap me across the face and be my Final.
