Announcement: Removing ‘Movie Extra’ From Dreams

Published by Seybur under Daring To Dream Edit This

Just been thinking about it and…being a Movie Extra really isn’t a priority as much as it used to. I guess that’s mostly because I didn’t have much drive behind it in the first place. …Like…ignoring the list of books on acting I was gonna buy.

Maybe I’ll be interested in it again another day. But not right now, not anymore.

On the plus side, this frees up some time (what time?) to strive towards my other dreams (what time???). All different types of movie extras are needed, any age and any body type, but a lot of my other dreams are ones that I should be able to fulfill easier because I’m young still; they’re dreams I need to start off with young so I can work up to them as I grow and that’ll take time.

On another plus side, because I’m getting into voice acting, some of the same stuff still applies when acting as a movie extra (…except kinda not, but still kinda maybe).

Inwhich I Preach About How Dreams Come True, Lecture #9346293652034

Published by Seybur under Daring To Dream Edit This

I dunno if I’ve made it much apparent in my past posts, but I have been in some financial trouble for the past…while. It’s been rough. And no one’s hiring.

So I’ve been bullshitting ways to make money via online. …In…excruciatingly small increments. (Yeah. Blogging and survery sites are most def no replacement for an actual job.) Oh! But you all know about my lovely new voice-acting hobby!

Well…ANYWAY…some higher power is puking good fortune into my lap or something because life is going suspiciously well right now! (Financially, anyway, but that’s a good chunk of adult life.)

Now, watch you’re step; it’s—EEYAAAHAGHGH!!!

So the reason my room is so messy is because of Japanese. (Psst. The language.)

To be specific, Japanese homework/classwork from the classes I used to take in highschool. During the summer, I took out all of my saved papers, arranged them in haphazardly piles, and tried to sort them in a way that I could refresh my knowledge of the language. I thought it’d take a week at most.

…It’s fall now. And when I make a mess, it’s like mold. It just keeps growing.

So, somewhere, underneath all my present homework/classwork, clean and dirty clothes, random assorted items tossed in because it’s a safety hazard walking over to place it at its rightful spot, is the Japanese stuff.

Someday, I will sort it.

Hopefully.

My Dreams! (As of now, anyway.)

Published by Seybur under Daring To Dream Edit This

Well, crap. When I said that personal blogs don’t get as much traffic as others, I guess I wasn’t kidding. Zero views for Daring To Dream? Seriously?

Not that Coup Review was top dog, but I at least had an average of 13 views daily, even when I didn’t post anything. (Not the case anymore, now that I’m focusing my attention on this baby.)

Still trying to fix it up, makin’ it presentable.

In the meantime, I thought it was a great time to mention to you all the dreams I’m daring to reach for:

Daring To Mock.

Published by Seybur under Daring To Dream Edit This

These days, people are expected to think logically about things and encouraged to have a realistic outlook on life. There are more pessimists and apathists than optimists and idealists.

In this blog, I want to be able to talk about my many far-fetched dreams and share my progress in reaching them. Maybe this way, I can get others to follow this example.

Maybe they’ll be happier that way, and maybe that’ll help make the world a better place.

-
. . . What I wrote when requesting a second blog. AND THEY LET ME HAVE ONE, LOL.

Sometimes, I wonder if they actually read the “Why I Want A Blog”. When they confirmed I got it, they only mentioned that they looked over my experience with them and that’s why they accepted and processed my request.

Not that I’m ditching out on Coup Review. No way! It just gets tiring being so critical all the time, y’know? And since my life’s focus has always been about attaining my dreams, I thought it’d be great if I could base a blog off that.

What sucks is I forgot how much work it is to pretty-up one o’ these bebehs. Especially due to restrictions.

-
So, to-do list for this blog:

1) Make customized header.
2) Make customized border.
3) Do “About” Page.
4) Do “Search” Page.
5) Fix up widgets.

And…I’m pretty sure there’s more that I’m missing.

But personal blogs get a LOT less traffic than the other blogs here, so luckily not many people will be seeing Daring To Dream while it’s still in its oogly stage.

-
Anyway, I wanna take the time here to mention that…what I said up there, it italics, when requesting this blog…despite how sappy it is, I meant every word.

More people need to reach far and beyond. Less people need to “just settle”.

And even if the things that I’m hoping for don’t come true, I’m daring to…more than just dream. I’m daring to believe.
